For our client we are currently looking for a Senior SAP SD S/4 HANA Consultant with experience in SAP OTC processes (m/f/d)

Your Skills
- S/4 HANA hands on experience.
- 5-7 years. experience in SAP OTC processes
- Previous training, cutover, and user production support experience
- Experience in support/AMS environment where SLA management is key to resolve issues.
- Bilingual preferred for France and Germany locations
- ALM test management knowledge preferred
- ITSM, Solution Manager and ChaRM experience preferred
- At least one implementation or roll out experience and hypercare experience with SAP S4/HANA.

Your Tasks
- Facilitate the implementation, cutover and support of SAP SD and OTC functions including Sales order processing, Consignment field inventory.
- Assist in training delivery
- Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate, and document Terumo business/user requirements
- Map client business requirements, processes, and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy Terumo business needs
- Design, customize, configure and testing of OTC Functions and support with 3PL integration
- Identify gaps, issues, and work around solutions.
- Act as liaison with SME and users for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems
- Handle changes or emergency transports as needed for high priority issues
- Document functional designs, test cases and results in ALM
- Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements with proper documentation and impact analysis also work with cross work streams
- Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects
- Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team.
- Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required
- Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members
- Monitor the SLA for all incidents specific to the OTC process and provide periodic status updates to project management on issue resolution
- Experience in support/AMS environment where SLA management is key to resolve issues
