Dear all,for our client we are seeking several Service Now Developers (m/f/d) with excellent knowledge ServiceNow Tree Modelling.
Tasks:
• Define ServiceNow Service Tree modelling approach and methodology for Group IT Asset Management
• Implement and Optimize Service Trees with dedicated units and adopt/optimize approach
• Setup plan to implement and rollout the Service Trees
• Manage and conduct full rollout of Service Tree integration into RBIs environment
• Define and Setup ITAM HO and Group process
Skills:
• IT asset management and service tree modelling knowledge
• IT operations experience
• Excellent ServiceNow modelling and reporting know how
• ServiceNow and Basic SNOW knowledge
• Self-organizing person with international experience
• Basic organizational and management experience
• Strong communication skills and patience
• Fluent in Englisha and German
