Job Description:
Requirement Engineer and operations of access control and time and attendance systems for Utilities client in Berlin and/or Hamburg.
The candidate is through his current position confident at database development, has proven know-how in batch processing, script development and processing and optimizing. The candidate is ready to work in requirements definitions and service provider management and will take responsibility as consultant and competent partner of the business.
Responsibilities
Advice, design and conception of all client-oriented processes, specifically the verification and mapping of policies which were agreed companywide.
Participation in projects in the position as requirements engineer and technical consultant.
Application maintenance of the German Time and Attendance and physical access control systems in cooperation with the Systems Managers and external partners.
Development of technical specifications as input for programming by service providers
Issue analysis and resolution
Key skills
Successfully completed University degree in IT, Business IT or an equivalent qualification (e.g. University degree with focus on IT).
At least 5 years’ experience in key topics as listed:
You are a team player with strong social and technical competencies, and you have an analytical and solution-oriented approach to your work.
You are communicating in German and basic knowledge of English will be expected.
You come with an interest to learn and master new technical areas and to extract the relevant content for technical implementation from respective documentation as well as ensuring the implementation of those requirements (among those are corporate policies and the German Data Protection Law)
