Tätigkeit:For one of our customers from finance sector we are looking for a Program (f/m) and Project Manager Lotus Notes (f/m). Skills / Project Description: Min. 10 years of experience, prefer over 15 years, Prior project management experience required (Run Lotus Note Migration project preferred), PMP preferred, but not required, Experience with Financial Service institutions is a must (culture and client expectations), capital markets institutions. Ability to work very independently, Responsibilities: will actively track risks and issues, on multiple lists, coordinate and manage towards resolution, Will track action items, minute meetings and distribute documents to right parties. Will prepare materials for weekly project status meetings, including program dashboards, Will prepare semi-weekly Steering Committee updates, Maturity to escalate items requiring attention as needed, Able to formulate and describe concerns and items requiring further review, Flexibility to adapt to different situations and demands, Prefer experience with applications development, and or retirement environment, Knowledge of SharePoint and how to use it for PMO/ sharing of documents, Coordinate meetings, items and issues with DB, and an off-shore vendor FPT, Cooperative attitude required, as well as dependability, Attention to detail and ability to identify relevance, Ability to work early mornings (meetings start at 7am) required. Deliverables: Convert/migrate all CIB Lotus Notes applications (Business & Mailing-in applications) to alternative technologies/platforms. Project Start: 06.06.2011, Project End: 30.12.2011.
