Technical Requirements :
• Candidate with minimum 9 years of experience handling the SCCM CB/Intune environment.
• Good Knowledge in designing, deploying, and troubleshooting an SCCM CB server infrastructure.
• Knowledge of installation and configuration of SCCM central / CAS, Primary and Secondary Sites, WSUS / MDT Integration.
• Strong knowledge of Modern Device Management using Microsoft Endpoint Manager Microsoft Intune (MEMMI) & Microsoft Endpoint Manager Configuration Manager (MEMCM).
• Experience technology solutions using native cloud tools from a major player (AWS or Azure)
• Advanced administration experience with Azure AD and Microsoft Intune.
• Should have good knowledge in Windows Servers and 2012, Active Directory and networking concepts.
• Should have good Knowledge in SCOM monitoring of SCCM servers and taking the health remediation actions based on SCOM Alerts.
• Patch Management of Physical and Virtual environments through WSUS/SCCM/Wufb or SCUP (System Center Updates Publisher).
• Strong working knowledge of SQL Server and associated components and creating custom report using SQL Queries.
• Monitor MEMCM overall performance along with client health.
• Strong Knowledge on SCCM server log files.
• Perform MEMCM application patching, versioning and development.
• Monitor SCCM server to server communications.
• Oversee overall SCCM client health.
• Perform Site resets / Server application rebuilds.
• Ability to troubleshoot and provide level 3 support for all aspects of the MEMCM product
• Capacity planning of MEMCM infrastructure.
• Continual monitoring of security.
• Build all core documents and procedures associated with all MEMCM product deployments.
• Knowledge on PowerShell cmdlets and scripting.
• Application Deployment Process with Good knowledge on Mass Software Distribution, software Updates management.
• Troubleshooting on SCCM/ConfigMgr Distribution failures and Validating Packaged Applications for Deployment Readiness.
• SSRS/PowerBI custom Reporting .
• Managing co-management workloads and cloud integration.
• Windows Autopilot troubleshooting and testing new cases.
• Well versed with Intune policies and Graph API knowledge is bonus.
• Integration with Azure log analytics workspaces
• Ability to troubleshooting complex issues and work with multiple vendors
• POC new features and use cases.

• ITIL Aware (spl around Incident /Problem /Change Management).
• Good team player and able to manage and mentor team.
• Work on team skill enhancement and training need identification.
• Manage SLA and Availability of Services.
• Root Cause Analysis.
• Periodic evolution of SLA metrics and Audits
• Manage MIS, reports and other regular and ad-hoc deliverables.
Soft Skills :
• Quick learner on Incident and Task management tool like Remedy, Service-Now.
• Excellent oral and written communication skill.
• Experience in handling customer and severity cases.
