Aufgabe:
Establish close relationship to the process keepers and build a key user community in the operations area.

- Assist the Global IT Application Manager in managing the SCM 5.1 system related to production, capacity management, order management and the core interface to ECC 6.0.
Focus for this position is on SCM 5.1:
-- DP (e.g. statistical forecast, planning books, process chains, alert management)
-- gATP (CTP, allocation, product availability check, rule based ATP)
-- SNP (to be implemented)
-- PP/DS (e.g. planning table, CIF, Optimizer)
-- TM (to be implemented)
- Manage projects performed by external consultants in his area
- Be a contact for issues with SAP and other business software focused on SCM, order management and capacity planning.
- Organize key user community
- Perform periodic updates of community on news, changes and updates
- Establish regular communication flow
- Establish information flow cross business area


Establish periodic contact with the local executives and community leaders. Within the enterprise, contacts will be made with the business and you will serve as interface between business and outsourced services.

- Close teamwork with the other members of the AAMT team is required
- Assess business requirements and identify areas of improvement and channel them into the application strategy
- Support Global IT Application Manager in developing areas of improvement and support future strategy of application management
- Identify improvement potential in business processes and value flow and explore possible solutions
- Work with the business in order to define requirements
- Identify budget
- Coordinate blueprint and estimate effort
- Where possible, create solutions within SAP internally ? where needed, pass the definitions on to the outside provider
- Get estimate and outline budget
- Perform decision making process jointly with the business
- Control and manage solution along the approved budget
- Monitor progress and pending issues
- Control and direct progress on issue and call solving in the operations area
- Get feedback from provider and business
- Support the call resolution and the improvement process
- Support testing developments and maintenance of test cases

Anforderung:
- University degree (Bachelor, Master or Diplom) in Economics or Computer Science
- Candidate has several years of qualified experience in SCM APO
