Task:Support Program Manager (m/f) in optimization of Quality Management:
- Definition of a quality gate model including templates
- Definition of a quality assessment framework to perform internal audits
- Implementation of quality model by consulting existing projects (audits) and new projects (initiation)

Overarching knowledge CRM,Billing,ERP beneficial
Experience in definition and implementation of quality models required ;experience as (quality)auditor/assessor (m/f) required;experience in Multiproject management in complex IT programs required;longstanding practical experience in telecommunication industry,TOP management adequate communication skills and experienced MS office knowledge absolutely necessary;overarching experience in process and ITapplication landscape beneficial;
