Task:
- Understand Basel III liquidity requirements
- Understand each reporting line item, analyze how the data needed for each reporting item can be collated per region/legal entity, and understand the logic to produce the final report
- Understand how the Basel III reporting items compare functionally to FINMA liquidity reports (tables 2 thru 5), as well as the FSA?s EMR (Enhanced Mismatch Report)
- Understand how data sourcing across the 3 regulatory reporting areas compare to each other
- Work with IT to develop the optimal technology solution to automate the solution
- Work with IT, Treasury and Financial Accounting to agree the most logical grouping of scope in order to deliver in phases (if needed)

Requirements (Must have):
- Educated to degree level Qualified accountant or equivalent e.g. MBA
- Major in Finance, Accounting or technical discipline
- Treasury experience within the Financial Services sector (5+ years)
- Experience of system upgrades / implementations
- Data modelling/definition across Financial services products
- Business Process Re-engineering experience
- Understand of liquidity management
- Regulatory reporting experience
- Basel III liquidity experience
- Excellent documentation skills with knowledge and experience of process documentation tools
- Good time management skills and proven ability in meeting deadlines and working in a pressurised team / environment
- Confident and self motivated individual with a proactive approach
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills - ability to identify cause and effect and approach problems and communicate results in a structured manner
- Strong interpersonal skills including experience in cross departmental / regional relationship management
- Team player
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong IT skills
- Knowledge of the project life cycle
- Have sufficient project management skills
- Have strong issue resolution skills
- Be able to work independently
- Have strong stakeholder navigation skills
- Have strong communication skills
