Position: Freelance Ecommerce/Payments Product Manager/Owner
Length of contract: 4 months
Work hours: 4-5 days per week
Start date: end of April/start of May 2021
Location: Fully remote
Languages: Fluent/Native German and English

We are looking for a Freelance Product Manager/Owner specialised in setting up Ecommerce/Payments systems as well as consulting and integrating. Logistics systems/SAP – We need someone who is familiar on how to connect SAP with the new shop system. About SAP: it will be not the focus area. Most probably it will be more that we somehow have to analyse and screen ERP requirements for the shop for the first 1-2 years scope. It would be great to have someone who has knowledge in this field, but SAP /ERP will not be a main focus area.

The company is a pharmaceutical company that develops, produces and sells supplements based on natural active ingredients. They are a pioneer in scientifically researching natural medicine. In cooperation with scientific institutes, they are promoting the concept of integrative medicine with the aim of improving patients care, health and wellbeing. The company offers you an exciting and challenging area of responsibility within an international company. If the body cannot get well on its own, it needs support. The natural, well-tolerated medicines help to set the body's own recovery processes in motion. By combining different natural ingredients, they focus on many different areas of the body and thus promote healing.

As a Product Manager you should be well versed in:
• Working agile
• Creating user stories, concepts, features, back log and sprint planning)
• You are an ecommerce expert and have proven experience setting up shop systems for previous clients
• You are familiar with SAP and able to help integrate this with the shop system you will set up

You role will look like:
• First month will be a conceptualization phase (conceptualizing the shop system and creating a long term road map of its functions. You will be working closely with the Project Lead, Account Lead and a Concept person
• For the following 3 months this will be the development phase. You will be carrying out typical Product Manager/Owner duties (sprint planning/product work etc). You will be working in an agile environment, working closely with the design and development team. This period can be flexible on working hours. We plan with approx. 15-20 hours a week, could be less or bit more depending on the outcome of phase 1. If you have further skills and knowledge in CRM and other tools landscape, could be extended to a more fulltime position
• Team work is required but you should be someone who is self-managed and able to work well independently. There will be meetings every day with the other colleagues and some online workshops from time to time.
