Tätigkeit:For one of our customers from finance sector we are looking for a consultant (f/m). EAS Hosting Operations is responsible for the service operation of a variety of managed services within the Infrastructure Enterprise Services division of the Bank. These services are designed to be highly automated, with a significant emphasis on self service. We serve internal clients, who run critical applications on our services. We are responsible for all aspects of the running of the service, for change management, and ensuring that the services are as stable as possible. Tasks: critical incident management, subject matter expert role, manage the operational aspects of release and upgrade of the DAP Platform, problem management, trouble shoot and root cause analysis, known error establishment and any request for change, environment set up and support, code migration and release management activities, complex/critical client on-boarding, application tuning and troubleshooting, support of performance tuning by clients, creation of knowledge, documentation. Required skills: knowledge of scripting languages, Perl, ksh/bash, experience with RSA Cleartrust, experience of configuring and supporting RSA Cleartrust in an Apache, Tomcat, or WebLogic environment, Incident Investigation and Route Cause Analysis, strong Unix/Solaris/Linux, 5 years experience supporting SUN ONE Java Directory Server (LDAP), LDAP querying - understanding of LDAP data structures. Objectives: Currently the LDAP Germany team is staffed by a single resource, leaving the service vulnerable to single point of failure and bandwidth issues, adding a resource enables SLA to be met during both planned and unplanned staff absences, as well as deal with more than one incident simultaneously.
