Windows 10 Deployment/L3 Support Engineer - contract - remote/Germany
Our client is urgently seeking an experienced Windows 10 deployment/Support Engineer to work on a 3 months rolling contract which can be done remotely currently with the current situation based on the specification below:
The Windows Senior deployment Specialist has the responsibility of creation, maintenance and deployment of Windows 10 Images to Physical/Virtual computing environment as per the business standards of enterprises. Role handles creation and update of the base business image and transformation of current business requirements (interface, applications, security, networking implementation).
- Maintain Core/Base Windows Image per Business requirements
- Manage OS Deployments/Builds through MDT & Tasks Sequence
- Handle Design Changes/Transformation/Tuning of Build in line with changing Business requirements
- Support Ongoing Business As Usual Support(Incidents, Request and Changes) with Image
- Support Mass deployments of Build (Win10 Rollout Program OR Upgrades )
- Extend Support for Implementation of CIS and Organization Security policies concerning Windows10
- Interface with customer workplace IT, field engineering and 2nd level support tracks
Technical Skillset
- Excellent knowledge and background of working with Windows 10 Operating System
- Strong Practical Experience & Concepts of Microsoft MDT tools for OS Deployments
- Practical experience working in SCCM environment for OS Deployments, Task Sequences and Customizations
- Practical experience of Windows Client OS Administration - OS Features, Drivers, Applications, Windows Internals
- Very good knowledge & working experience of Windows systems in the modern workplace.
- Good knowledge of Scripting - PowerShell/VBS/Command. Etc
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with Windows Deployment and OS specific issues
- Have good problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Windows Current Branch
- Graduated Bachelor, preferable within the field of engineering and computer science
- Proficiency in English, German is an advantage
- Communication skills and ability work well with a team of people who are committed to continuing the company's high growth rate.
- Possess adequate exposure to IT Service management and Operational processes
