Are you a Senior IT Project Manager - Databases looking for a new role? We're working with a fantastic organisation that is looking for someone to work on support diverging automation systems resulting from a corporate divestiture. This is part of our client's fast growing global IT Powerhouse at the forefront of innovation and transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with stakeholders to develop a plan that delivers a control to detect, report and manage privileged accounts in line with the banks policies. This will include the implementation of all technology components as well as processes to ensure that any misuse of privilege is reported as an incident and managed in-line with the security policies of the bank.
- Oversee the implementation of the plan on behalf of stakeholders to time, quality and cost.
- Ensure that the project is managed in line with DB CGF best practices and demonstrate excellence in the application of the following competencies;
- Delivery to Scope & Objectives
- Implementation of Governance Structure utilizing consistent Decision making processes
- Adherence to agreed schedule & timelines
- Delivery within cost & budget
- Management of risks & issues
- Identification of critical Dependencies
- Stakeholders engagement and expectations management
- Resources Management and timekeeping

- Quality Management
You will have: (Skills/Experience)
- 10 years + experience in Project Management of both development and infrastructure projects.
- Relevant experience in managing Oracle database security projects.
- Knowledge of CyberArk technologies, Oracle DAM, Oracle databases technologies and Oracle Enterprise manager environments.
- Demonstrable track record of delivering similar projects applying a methodology such as Prince2 or PMBOK.
- Experience within a tier1 banking experience ideally Deutsche Bank infrastructure environments
- Excellent team leader, able to work in virtual global teams in a Matrix organization.
- Extensive analytical skills, flexibility regarding problem solving.
- Open minded, able to share information, transfer knowledge and expertise to team members.
- Able to work in fast paced environment.
- Self confidence
You will be: (Skills/Competencies)
- A Degree from an accredited college or university with a concentration in IT or Computer Science related discipline (equivalent diploma or technical faculty)
- In addition, the following education/certification attainment will be beneficial: PMP or Prince2, Data Protection Certification would be advantageous, Optional previous PM knowledge.
- Fluent in English (written/verbal)
- German would be advantageous
