Responsibilities:Participate at planning and consultation meeting of the analysts team
Active participate on the meetings with customers - consultations, business analyses, getting requirements.
Be involved in a development and test process as a consultant and help out with defining application development concept .
Deliver analyses (Functional specification documents) in defined deadlines and with defined quality
Perform Level 2 support based on generic and basic troubleshooting instructions for in-scope applications
Administration, maintenance, troubleshooting and incident resolution, if required in cooperation with the Client
Evaluating of new business requests
Communication with client regarding requests, problems etc.
Pre-handover and handover to development
Support of phase of development
Support of tests
Support of production
Cooperation with external co-workers
Requirements:
Good knowledge of business analysis (methodology, documentation, tools)
Analytical thinking and creative problem solving skills
Perfect communication and presentation skills, client-facing
Communication with client regarding requests, problems etc.
Pre-handover and handover to development
Support of phase of development, of tests, of production
Cooperation with external co-workers
Fluent English
Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise:
Experience in equivalent positions
Insurance industry knowledge - must have
German language - must have
