Senior ERP Quality Manager (m/w/d), LeverkusenStart: asap/ Location: Leverkusen/ Duration: 12-18 month
Our customer is one of the biggest companies in the world. As Senior ERP Quality Manager (m/w/d) you will define and monitor all quality control measures to ensure:
a) compliance with regards to all relevant rules (e.g. GxP, ICS) in ERP projects and operations
b) standards for the ERP platforms
c) best in class practices and roadmaps
Your tasks and responsibilities:
• Drive the provision of validation and system compliance services globally for IT solutions supporting GxP-regulated processes within global, local and cross divisional functions, in accordance with the IT guidelines as well as compliance and quality regulations.
• Design the frameworks (GxP, ICS etc.) for ERP
• Maintain and manage the direction to ensure adherence to regulations and control the as-is status and changes
• Manage the IT Quality and IT Security regulations are followed
• Drive and design the definition for global change management and release management - of ERP environment
• Manage the fit-for-purpose approach to rules & regulations
• Drive and design the definition of implemented IT solutions (IT services and IT systems) to ensure compliance with established internal and external descriptions and/or regulations and provides adequate quality measures.
• Drives and influences compliance programs during IT life-cycle including improvement initiatives and ensures corrective actions are implemented effectively to improve processes.
• Manage authority inspections conducted by providing resources and expertise.
• Establish and actively participate in planned, periodic reviews of the overall effectiveness of ERP system, which includes taking any necessary corrective and preventive action to ensure system compliance
• Establish optimal governance structure and monitor adherence to compliance activities
• Remain current and aware of changing technology trends, regulations and laws
• Define, lead and communicate the roadmap for the ERP platform in the area of ERP Compliance
• Analyze requirements and steer scope of ERP platform
• Define and drive timeline for implementation of changes
• Define release strategy and cycle
• Contribute to decisions about technical upgrades of ERP platform
• Contribute to decisions on adding new or retiring existing modules
• Drive & influence the alignment roadmap with product managers of other DF and DTIT platforms to ensure seamless provision of end-to-end business process support
• Influence SAP on future development of SAP ERP products
• Exchange information with peer companies
• Provide expertise to ensure the success of complex ERP projects and business critical operations escalations.
Your qualifications & competencies
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent job experience
• 10+ years designing, developing, delivering or leading SAP ERP solutions in a large-scale, highly complex global environment with a focus in SAP ERP compliance topics
• Strong communication, collaboration and mentoring skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills
• Very good understanding of ERP architecture and system landscape
• Ability to make complex decisions that impact the enterprise.
• Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment.
• Fluent English and German language skills in written and spoken
