Solution Architect for Smart Automation (m/f/d)

Main tasks:
- Provide technical SAM consultancy during ideation and identification
- Consult other functions and stakeholders with analyzing automation potentials and feasibility
- Support stakeholders during use case generation, assessments and prioritization
- Contribute to target operating model principles, procedures and standards, tools
- Support lead architect with platform management, POCs
- Technical SAM consultancy for Business during the delivery
- Define best automation solution/architecture for use cases
- Review PDDs and support process analysts during creation, provides quality check
- Handle IT issues and coordinate respective providers
- Ensure corporate policies and ITSM processes
- Conduct automation trainings and awareness sessions
- Build automation mindset
Main qualifications
- Strong knowledge in process automation and robotic process automation (RPA)
- Experience in design & assess technical automation use cases
- Process understanding
- Change Management experience
- Experience in conducting trainings
