You are an experienced Program Manager in the area of biotech/pharma and searching for an interesting project at a promising Biotech company in Germany? Then you might be the right person for the following position:(Senior) Program Lead/ Project Manager:
- Closely work with and support Business Team Head and Program Leader in the clinical, regulatory and medical development as well as the lifecycle management
- Establish clear ownership for project tasks, and track progress to make certain deadlines are met
- Identify and communicate critical processes or issues within project(s) and develop solution strategies together with Business Team, Program Leader and/or functional representative(s)
- Support the clinical development activities as needed in starting new clinical trials (all phases I-IV, local or global), conducting ongoing trials and analyzing the results from trials in close alignment with the clinical trial teams
- Support the associated regulatory activities for new or ongoing clinical trials including the generation of briefing books for health authorities, and organizing health authority meetings in close alignment with the regulatory teams
- Develop and implement project management tools
Your skill set:
- Experience in Program and/or Project Management in biological and/or drug development and in the management of cross functional (development) teams
- Good understanding of drug development requirements and activities involving Nonclinical, Clinical, CMC, Regulatory Affairs, and Commercial aspects
