We are currently looking for someone for a bank project in Frankfurt am Main:DevOps Engineer with Kafka experience
Main tasks:
• Update of the Kafka version, establishment of the DR solution and strategy.
• Implementation of DevOps automation for areas such as maintenance, warnings, creation of new topics, security implementation, etc.
Key competencies:
• Kafka administrators / engineers with experience in the implementation, configuration and optimization of Confluent Kafka.
• 3+ years of experience with Confluent Kafka.
• Experience in managing Kafka clusters dealing with 10 + TB data / message throughput.
• Knowledge of German is desirable, but not mandatory, the English language level should be very good
• Overall, the employee should have good experience in the implementation and also in the integration (manufacturer and consumer) with regard to certain use cases.
Start: ASAP (duration: 3 - 6 months +)
Location: Frankfurt am Main (currently REMOTE / Home Office)
During Corona we are currently working remotely. Post Corona: a presence in Frankfurt am Main will maybe be required later.
