Your experience:

• Minimum of 3-year Scrum Management experience for a software development team applying Scrum principles, practices and theory.
• Leading change in an Agile environment and building traction and buy-in for adoption of new approaches.
• Working with multiple teams and stakeholders to drive out performance improvement across the organization.
• Effectively managing multiple activities of varying complexities with ability to translate between business and technology.
• Ability to build and manage several teams of diverse disciplines required to deliver the program.
• Knowledge of coaching, servant leadership, facilitation, and conflict resolution.
• Exposure to working with Agile at scale.
• JIRA / Confluence experience.
• Previous banking experience.
• Scrum Master Certification.
• Confidently communicate in English and German.
