Tasks:- Implementation and further development of a requirements management process
- Strategic portfolio planning of IT projects, prioritisation and resource planning
- Consultation with the business units and transformation of customer needs into IT requirements
Experience
- Management of multinational IT projects (see selection of projects)
- Strategic advice to business areas regarding the translation of business requirements into optimal IT solutions
- Control and creation of requirements specifications in close cooperation with departments; representation of client’s needs and interests
- Coordination of IT implementation projects and programs related to project initiation, business responsibility, escalation management and quality assurance
- Responsible for the development and maintenance of a road map to plan medium-term investments for IT projects
- Definition of Service Level Requirements (SLR), conducting negotiations with suppliers, ensuring solution implementation and monitoring the agreed quality characteristics in
Service Level Agreements (SLA)
- Development of ad-hoc solutions in close co-operation with internal IT and 3rd party IT service providers
