• Error diagnostic and –fixing hardware defect
• Release of clients updates
• Installation and support cVPN / xcVPN (Cisco AnyConnect)
• Backup (DRUVA, OneDrive)
• Installation and support local user/computer certificate
• IT-Environment consulting
• Support Video Conference, network + domain administration (local bug fixing)
• Installation and configuration of additional software and support (technology) in projects
Anforderungen – must have:
• Erfahrung im Support für 2nd / 3rd Level Service
• Win10 Support
