Job Description:
Skills:
• Excellent practical knowledge of the scrum framework
• Should have executed at least 3 or more full time projects on the scrum framework
• Understanding of Software development
• Scrum Master certification is preferable
Role:
Scrum Master role for customer facing IT services project. The projects are iterative software development.
Responsibilities:
• Manage each project’s scope and timeline
• Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups
• Coach team members in Agile frameworks
• Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
• Be the point of contact for external communications
• Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new request
• Run scrum ceremonies, planning, daily standups, impediment resolutions, tracking using burndowns.
