Task:Working in a sourcing environment:
- Sourcing Applications Maintenance Services
- Stress testing pricing models and supporting the development of incentive mechanisms
- Supporting the development of RFP artefacts and coordinating documentation
- Creating an approach and tools to evaluate RFP responses
- Analysing and creating productivity, sizing, tools etc.
Requirements (Must have):
- Applications Maintenance Service Management Experience
- Full sourcing life cycle experience for Applications Maintenance and / or Applications Development
- Contract writing skills
- ITIL v3 Foundation
- Good analytical and numerical skills
- English: fluent
- German: Not Applicable
- Tools/Methods: ITIL v3 (AMS focused), Sourcing Lifecycle
- Database: Access
- Operating System: MS Windows
