Transition Partners are currently recruiting for a key client based in Berlin (remote start then office-based when COVID restrictions ease), who are on the lookout for x 4 Contract Java Developers for 6 Month contracts.
Responsibilities will include;
Analysis and Design: understanding of both functional and non-functional requirements to produce well designed software, including the ability to communicate your design to others including clients
Software Development: Design, build new features and services
Quality Assurance: understanding of system test plans and system testing. Eliciting and documenting System Functional and Non-Functional Requirements
Skills needed;
Experience in software development, utilizing Java 8 and Spring Frameworks
Strong working experience of RESTful services
Experience in building microservices; exposure to Docker & Kubernetes would be great to have
Experience in DevOps processes and tooling
Proven background in the development of high-performance, Enterprise solutions
Exposure to Test Driven Development or Behavior Driven Development methodologies
Exposure to iterative/agile development methodologies
