For one of our clients we are currently looking for a Activation Consultant - Rollout for GTMhub Tool (m/f/d) on a freelance basis.
Aufgabenbeschreibung:

Purpose:
The role of the GTMhub Activation Manager is to plan, execute and consult in the activation of the new digital Brand Handover Platform called GTMhub. The Freealancer will be responsible for building the project plan to activate and onboard the Team-members to the new digital platform. This will require the person to manage the associated Communication & Training to the brand, while ensuring these groups of people and the market recipients are fully ready to use the new platform.

SERVICE DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities
  • Drive roll-out of GTMhub to be fully activated within brand as part of Digital Creation’s ambition
  • Create announcements, newsletters & presentations to initiate the transition of teams to the new digital platform
  • Coordinate & create Training-Material & events to ensure the teams are fully knowledgeable on the new platform (videos, SharePoint Pages, etc)
  • Drive brand-user Comms & Training between May & September 2022
  • Create any needed material the brand-teams may need for the transition, like slide-templates & layouts
  • Feedback any learnings, challenges and opportunities back to the internal team to build better solutions in the future
Anforderungen:

REQUIRED SKILLS
  • Digital Native: understands web-apps, and the basics of modern day websites like Google Docs, or ideally platform like WordPress, or Medium
  • Proven ability to plan, organize and host projects & remote events (via platforms like MS Teams)
  • Proven ability to create digital comms & content (newsletters, SharePoint Pages, PowerPoint documents, and ideally basic video creation)
  • Proven ability to organize & host large-audience meetings (50-100 person) independently
  • Self-driven, and can think on his/her feet, as this person will often work individually with the brand teams
  • IT skills: Outlook, Teams, Powerpoint, Excel, SharePoint
  • Project Management Smartsheet
  • Language: English Spoken & Written a must, German a benefit
