Scope of Services / Deliverableso You will carry out development and support activities in the areas intelligent infrastructure automation and configuration management
o You will automate application deployments and buildout of new systems in a SaaS / cloud environment like Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Amazon Web Services (AWS), Azure, OpenStack
o You will implement or improve continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines
o You will have the opportunity to work with other development teams on cutting-edge projects
o You will work with the newest DevOps technologies and tools - infrastructure automation, configuration management, container technology, machine learning and artificial intelligence
Skills
o Configuration Management tools like Ansible, Chef or Puppet
o Programming skills in ruby, phyton, bash/PowerShell scripts
o Knowledge about services from Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Amazon Web Services (AWS), Azure, OpenStack
o CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Travis CI, Concourse CI
o Experience with GitHub
o Working in an agile development area using Jira
o Windows and Linux knowledge
o Application knowledge like database (e.g. MaxDB, HANA, Sybase) and systems (e.g. R/3, BOBJ, Hadoop) is a plus
o Bachelor’s degree in informatics or comparable degree
