Job Description:Within the IT Services division of a global leader in consumer products develop, manage and communicate a CRM strategy to the internal IT. Gather requirements, propose, conceptualise and manage campaign, marketing and rebate systems.for the business.
Important Skills:
Previous experience withing the FMCG industry. Previous and strong experience in substantial international CRM strategies and systems. Excellent english , communication and presentation skills. Previous experience with MS Dynamics CRM and/or CAS CRM highly advantageous. Track record of providing a CRM strategy for a global player.
Nice to have:
German language skills, QM experience, MS Dynamics 2011 knowledge
