For a customer in Berlin we are currently looking for a

Onsite support services (m/f/d)

Role description / Skills required
- Regularly monitor the ITSM TOOL and resolve issues in timely manner
- Work closely with the other Technical Support Analysts and Functional Support Analysts
- Own, resolve and escalate calls, working with other resolution teams when necessary.
- Adapt to changing technology
- Monitoring & support of Data Centre equipment's as per process & guidelines.
- Vendor coordination
