Role: Senior IT Project Manager – DatabasesSpecialist Area – Oracle RDBMS and Oracle HW Platforms
Location: Frankfurt am Main, TZE
Overview:
The Database Team is looking for a Project Manager that has experience in delivering Oracle database audit and security projects.
The project will seek to implement a process that reduces risks associated with the use of privilege access accounts. The project will implement further controls to ensure that activities associated with privilege can be detected, evaluated and where necessary reported to our central security function for review and remediation.
The project will apply the banks key and related services with a view to realizing the following benefits;
• Improved detection of misuse events
• Reporting and oversight of qualifying events
• Securitization of system accounts
• Integration with the banks security vault capabilities
• Improvements to our auditing capabilities of administrator activities
Key Responsibilities:
• Work with stakeholders to develop a plan that delivers a control to detect, report and manage privileged accounts in line with the banks policies. This will include the implementation of all technology components as well as processes to ensure that any misuse of privilege is reported as an incident and managed in-line with the security policies of the bank.
• Oversee the implementation of the plan on behalf of stakeholders to time, quality and cost.

You will have: (Skills/Experience)
• 10 yrs+ experience in Project Management of both development and infrastructure projects.
• Relevant experience in managing Oracle database security projects.
• Knowledge of CyberArk technologies, Oracle DAM, Oracle databases technologies and Oracle Enterprise manager environments.
• Demonstrable track record of delivering similar projects applying a methodology such as Prince2 or PMBOK.
• Excellent team leader, able to work in virtual global teams in a matrix organization.
• Extensive analytical skills, flexibility regarding problem solving.
• Open minded, able to share information, transfer knowledge and expertise to team members.
• Able to work in fast paced environment.
