IT Business Analyst (m/f/d)

Main tasks:
- Elicitation of requirements from stakeholders
- Supporting, analyzing, and testing of requirement specifications (for example customer and system requirements) for correctness and verifiability
- Preparation of Business Requirements (BRS) and SRS
- Quality review BRS
- Recording and refining of functional and non-functional requirements
- Management of requirements by structuring them so that they can be used by other parties and maintain consistency after changes
- Engangement with business partners and costumers and serve as main contact for technical requirements
- Evaluation, validation and classification of requirements
- Consultation of solution architects in architectual design as well as the development of solution concepts
- Defining and maintaining status and metrics reporting
- Establishment of a requirements management plan for new projects
- Ensuring that processes and frameworks will follow the accepted standards
Main qualifications
- Solid working experience as a Business Analyst
- Fluent English as well as good German skills
- Good knowledge of formalized methods for specifications (for example Use Case Modelling, Data Modelling, Interfaces)
- Experience in User Experiences Analysis
- AGILE enviroment working experience
- Logistic business knowledge and an IREB certification are of advanta
