REMOTE, anywhere in Germany - Network Infrastructure Specialist / Windows Server, MS 365, AD ID33783Background: The application system was previously managed, after the split the business moved but some support is still kept by the old owner applications. The consultant will in the 1st part go through the documentation and update them (checking details if there is missing something or updates are needed) with the aim to improve the quality of the documentation which supports the business as a result. In the 2nd (larger) part the consultant deals with the Treasury Application (bigger part of the project until end of 2022) to cover the gap between the new software and the older version (for business requirements). The consultant may collect information for the interfaces (trading systems) to ask for the target system.
Understanding of regularites about risk management ( “what does the risk department do?”),
bank statement (“what does a confirmation of the bank mean”?), account management, cash management (“what does a deal matching mean?”)
Must know the following terminology: consolidation, FX rates, firewall, DNS server, Gateway, VPN encryption
Awareness of what is Treasury Application - similar experience with similar application is also fine (doesn’t have to be deep technical knowledge, but an awareness what components does exist in the center)
The consultant doesn't need to have access to the server, they will not perform the implementation themselves. They only needs to consult in what steps need to be done in order to conduct testings (recommend in test cases)
Plus: Awareness of compliance controls (change / incident management)
Plus: Financial background but not specific treasury business (background from accounting perspective is also fine)
