Tätigkeit:For one of our customers from finance sector we are looking for a Program and Project Manager (f/m). Project description and scope: Global Service Provisioning Manager with responsibility for the infrastructure deployment portfolios for the Capital Markets domains of Finance & Accounting, Trade Lifecycle. Objectives: the Manager will establish and chair weekly client progress reviews for the portfolio. These reviews will be supported by department standard progress and service level reporting tools. In line with the wider E2E service objectives, the role will be expected to contribute to: the 2011 target improvements in 'time to market' across the request portfolio, improvements in request process efficiency, especially for 'fast track' virtual provision. Required skills: over 10 years Investment Banking experience, Prince 2 and ITIL qualifications, a strong track record of client management at senior levels and a strong technical background and a good understanding of enterprise level IT infrastructure provisioning. Deliverables: The Service Provisioning Manager will initiate, track and facilitate the deployment of business critical infrastructure via a global request process. The Service Manager is also the single point of contact responsible for driving virtualization and decommissioning/consolidation projects for each respective business line. This includes end to end coordination of infrastructure service providers and communication and reporting to clients. Start: 15.05.2011. End: 30.09.2011. Assignment location: London.
