This Teams Telephony Unified Communications Consultant will be responsible for the delivery of Teams Telephony projects in a wider M365 environment- Solid project delivery background within Teams / Unified Communications.
- Trunking / Direct Routing / SBCs and VoIP.
- Ideally a good understanding of wider M365 connectivity.
• Extensive knowledge and deep experience on Microsoft Teams solution and infrastructure build, setup, configuration
• Expertise in troubleshooting end-to-end business critical issues which include network services and components, integrated (with other solutions) video and audio conferences etc.
• Expertise and experience in working on end to end monitoring and reporting tools (like EventZero, SCOM, Solarwinds, Netscout etc) in the Unified communication domain.
• Experience with telephony transformation from legacy telephony to MS Teams
• Drive workshops and discussions with client for transformation solution, rollout planning
• Good knowledge on PSTN/PBAX networks.
• Manage dependencies, risks and issues to meet schedule, cost and quality
