IT-Contract Consultant (m/f/d)

Main tasks:
- Creation of FAQs for contracts with the strategic vendors published in the intranet community in order to achieve transparency
- Manage the most critical questions/topics of the respective contract with the respective Contract and Vendor Manager and therefore participate in the analysis of what is relevant for the FAQs and what is not
- Realization of the technical FAQ solution for its implementation in the intranet community
- Consult contract managers by preparing 2021 contract negotiations with strategic vendors
- Design, review and maintain contract contents/documentations to control the compliance and milestone targets
- Review and analysis of contract status regarding negotiated milestones from external vendors
- Create training materials and hold trainings for internal stakeholders
- Creation of surveys (content and technical solution) for the organisation to gather the service satisfaction level
- Coordinate / organize respective communication, analyze and identify target audience
Main qualifications
- Language: English, German benefitial
- IT Contract know how (EN),
- Stakeholder Management (internally and externally)
- Legal knowledge benefitial
