Senior Test Manager (m/f/d)

Main tasks:
- Responsible for shaping the program’s test concept and then executing the same in the country roll-ins that will follow the Core Model design
- Planning, coordination and reporting of all test activities (i.e. unit test, system integration test, user acceptance test, operational readiness test)
- Collaborate with the Project manager, Requirements team, Solution Development, and Business Testers to manage the delivered solution quality
- Definition and communication of the test strategy for the project in accordance with the client's standards
- Planning, resourcing, and coordination of the various stages in the test cycle, including progress reporting
- Setup of the test organization (test team, time planning, information flow, reporting, etc.)
- Creation of test plan and the tracking of dependencies, including traceability lists
- Specifying the requirements for test environments and test tools
- Defect management
- Proving that the agreed test methodology and process is followed by all parties involved in the testing cycle
- Participation in the development and expansion of testing methodology in line processes
- Keeping project Milestones and deadlines
- Cut-Over Phase
- Consulting and coaching of project staff in testing activities
- Define the approach and execute the implementation of Automated Regression Test
Main qualifications
- University degree in computer science, information systems or a comparable education
- Ideally Certified Tester Advanced Level & Test Manager (ISTQB)
- Familiar with Test Management Tools such as HPQC and/or TestRail and/or SAP SolMan
- Strong technical software development and requirements management knowledge helpful
- Experience with Agile Software as well as Waterfall and V-Model Driven Development methods
- Experience with AP solutions (Basware, Tradeshift, etc.) preferred
- Proven experience in large international IT programs deploying a core solution
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Strong leadership skills, intercultural competence, global mindset, strong communication skills, solution orientation, willingness to learn
