Rollout Manager Global Data Platform (m/f/d)

Main tasks:
- Gather, validate and prioritize client needs and own and maintain the project plan
- Support customers in using the platform, according to best practice
- Create a project plan, understand the timeline and the deliverables of the projects
- Identify dependencies towards GDP internal feature development and steer the customization of the platform
- Contribute to data platform projects as representative and single point of contact from the Global Data Platform (GDP)
- Be the “gatekeeper” for requests coming from the project, and push back unnecessary requests
- Act as “voice of the project” internally in the GDP organization towards the development teams and towards the Product Owners
Main qualifications
- Experience with Data Engineering Patterns (Ingestion, Transformation, Storage, Consumption etc.)
- Experience with requirements of running modern data solutions in production at scale
- Experience with Data Governance Frameworks (e.g. Informatica)
- Experience with Event Based systems (e.g. Kafka)
- Graph knowledge (e.g. Stardog)
- Experience with Distributed systems (e.g. Spark)
- Experience with Databases (e.g. PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, Neo4J)
- Experience with Linux & Containerization
- Experience with Cloud Solutions & Services (e.g. Azure, AWS)
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a must, other languages (e.g. German, French, Italian, etc.) are a plus
