Specialist (m/f/d) ServiceNow
Role description and skills required
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working as a ServiceNow developer
- Experience in coding with AngularJS, JavaScript, SOAP, REST API, mobile development, Ajax, Jelly, Glide, and jQuery
- Experienced in developing various ITSM modules (Change, Incident, Problem, Service Catalog etc.)
- Experienced in designing and configuring tables & forms, client scripts, Business rules, ACLs, SLA, workflow, Update sets, import sets, dictionary entries in environment
- Experienced in handling break-fix for ServiceNow issues
- Experience in creation of groups, assignment of roles and adding members in ServiceNow
- Experience in integrating Monitoring tools with ServiceNow. Translating alerts into tickets in ServiceNow and enabling routing to correct Resolver groups
- To document the low-level tasks, data requirements, roles, and responsibilities to onboard event monitoring for a Business Service
- Event Management Expert – Configuration of alerts, filtering & binding of CIs
- Experience in supporting and on-boarding new Azure tenants and associated products (Enterprise Applications) into ServiceNow
- Experience in Service Mapping – Creation of services and mapping to assets to define logical relationships within ServiceNow
- Expert in review and configuration of appropriate dashboards to provide holistic view of the health and performance of the business services.
- Experience with ServiceNow's Service Watch, Service Mapping, Discovery and GRC
- Experience in CMDB class and its relationship
- Currently remote, post covid from cilent's location in Hamburg
