On behalf of our client, a prestigious international Telecommunications company, Manning Global Group is currently looking for a Site Supervisor to start ASAP in a contract-based project in Germany.Your responsibilities involve all works of regional full turnkey sites from beginning of the project to the successful integration of network element including site design, site acquisition, lease contract negotiation, applying for permissions, implementation, commissioning and integration.
Qualifications:
- More than 5years experience in telecom rollout projects
- Local German Site Acquisition experience with major Telecommunications vendors or operators
- Ability to read and comprehend legal documents such as legal descriptions, surveys, ground leases, easements, deeds, land purchase contracts, mortgages, title policies, subordination, and CAD drawings.
- Strong working experience in estate, sales or legal negotiation.
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluently German and English
- Telecom or a related undergraduate degree or above
