Our client has asked us to find them a Data Product Owner to work on an Intelligent Search greenfield project.3 Months Contract (High Chance of Extension)

Intelligent Search
You will develop smart search algorithms that take into account variants of spelling ect. This feature product will be integrated into a streaming solution.
As the product owner for this data feature, you’ll lead a varied team of data specialists. You will act as the interface between the business and tech team.
You will be responsible for the design and delivery of the product, developing and validating features to allow for continuous improvement of the product and allow for it’s successful launch.
You will define and prioritise backlog items based on business needs.
You will maintain clear communication and discussions with the different project stakeholders and will take ownership of hitting sprint goals.
You will deliver reports to the business and stakeholders.
Skills:
Many years of commercial experience as a product owner within the data space, working within an agile team and on a Data Science project.
You know and understand Scrum & agile project management methodology
Background in I.T. / Data Science
It would be great if you had experience in
NLP (natural language processing)
Searching large data sets
recommendation systems
Able to translate complicated requirements into easy to understand and digest ideas / concepts and discuss them with data scientists and data engineers
You work in a structured and disciplined way
Excellent German & English (spoken and written)
