For one of our customer we are looking for a CMA Expert:Skills:
- very good process knowledge and practical experiences in Complaints and Adverse Incidents management, documentation, Reporting (CAIR);
- practical experiences in design and implementation of complex workflow systems;
- acting as translator between raw business requirements (document is available) and detailed IT;
- compilation/writing of software specifications and structured test plans for custom made software;
- close cooperation with software implementation partner;
- good German and English language skills are mandatory (meeting language German and English, all documentation in English)
Locations and quantities:
-Start date as soon as possible
- In average 2,5 days/week
- Greater Düsseldorf
The first order volume will be limited to about 8 months; Option to a subsequent order to manage the 3 following project phase SW fine specification, implementation +amp; testing, hand-over +amp; go-live
