For one of our clients we are looking for a Junior Project Specialist (m/f)Project:
The project must survey the application usage of the infrastructure, match decomissioning dependencies to the usage of the servers and the end dates expected, udnerstand and document infrastructure archiving, de-scaling and decommissioning requirements and then manage the physical decommissioning of the infrastructure
Main Tasks:
Project Management Office Support for the decommissioning
Support the investigatation each non-TAL non Strategic service through:
- Support for the preparation of project plans and tracking
- Support for the extraction of data from the TAL and ELCH databases end
environments and tracking of end dates and dependencies
- Support for the anaylsis of server to application mapping
- Assistance in the creation of infrastructure decommisisoning wotrk packages
and documents
Main Skills:
- Excellent Microsoft office skills especially Excel and Powerpoint
- Project support and organisation skills including demonstrable ability to
- track budgets and project plans
- prepare high level presentations and project results data
- interogate websites and other data sources to consolidate data for production
of results
- excellent English and German both written and spoken
- IT Infrastructure knowledge is a clear plus
