Overall Experience (in yrs.): 18-20 Yrs.

Skill Summary:
Technical skills (Required - Mandatory): AWS / Azure / Alibaba , Program Management experience – Cloud
Technical skills (Required - Nice to have): Cloud Solutions Architect Certified
People skills: Lead 30-50 people

Soft skills
• Experience in running operations with ITIL processes / ITIL certified.
• Excellent Analytical and troubleshooting skill.
• Excellent in Verbal, written communication.
• Creative thinking in implementing Service improvements (automation, incident reduction, etc.).

Area of responsibilities :
Expert Level:
• Program Governance of Cloud Migrations and Operations & People Management
• Experience on ?Cloud?services delivery strategies and strong experience with implementations of all types of?Cloud?Deployment models Public, Private and Hybrid.
• Lead the assigned team through the development of a project plan deliver the identified solution?Problem troubleshooting and resolution for escalated calls
• Periodic Service Health Checks & Performance Management
• Knowledge of Data Center infrastructure?management.
• Manage incident response, problem resolution, change coordination, SLA reporting and required reporting.
• Manage resource plan and identify resource risks or blockers.

Mid-Level:
• Knowledge of Data Center design, implementation & migration
