We are looking for a Product Owner for our Customer in Automotive Industry.IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
Maintain the standards of project management & provide necessary project management support in the form of guidance to the Product Development team.
You are also responsible for coaching new project managers on various ways an organization can run projects
You guide the Implementation of established policies, system monitors and controls to ensure the successful management and reporting of all corporate initiatives in the program
Provide both verbal and written communications regarding project status, risks and issues
Deep-dive into problems and challenges, deriving solution roadmaps, identifying requirements and forming project team in alignment with all stakeholders
Support team in setting OKR’s and facilitate the process
Ensure development and implementation of consistent as well as standardized business processes
Creating a common set of principles, practices, and templates for managing various organizational project
Maintain an updated status of product items that are underway and those that have requests pending review
Align short-, mid- and long-term project management with a multitude of stakeholders
KEY REQUIREMENTS FOR THE PRODUCT OWNER
Very good app development knowledge (IOS, Android) !!!
Several years of professional experience in agile software- and product development within cross-functional and international teams
Very good knowledge of various methods of product and project management
Experience working with digital products
Experience in dealing with international customers preferably from the automotive industry
Strong sense of accountability and ownership
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong self-organization and prioritization of tasks in an analytical manner
Ability to work independently in a result-oriented way
Fluency in English and German
