Keil Business Solutions GmbH is an innovative Google Reseller and IT Service Provider.We are looking for a CRM Lead Consultant Reporting (f/m/d) - Einstein Analytics – remote – 12 month
Task/Role:
- Technical management of the Reporting Stream, as part of a Salesforce implementation
- Selection of an appropriate reporting tool (Tableau, Tableau CRM/ Einstein Analytics) for CRM related reporting (Marketing, Sales and Service)
- Technical analysis and specification of reporting solution on complex architectures (Salesforce, SAP, DWH etc.)
- Definition of reporting requirements and creation of user stories
- Implementation of the overall reporting solution based on the decided tool
- The overall Salesforce program (incl. the Reporting Stream) will run until beginning of 2022
Requirement:
Level expert:
- Requirements engineering and specification
- Reporting solutions and architectures
- Tableau, Tableau CRM/ Einstein Analytics
- Data integration and management
Level advanced (2-3 years):
- Agile project management
- Marketing, sales and CRM reporting
- Data sources (Salesforce, SAP, DWH)
Start: 01.04.2021 or later
Duration: 6 month
Capacity: 3 days per week
Language: German (fluent) and English (fluent)
Remote (maybe, if possible couple of days in Würzburg)
