Remote Projekt: Agile Lean Portfolio Management Consulting (m/w/d)For my client I am looking for an Agile Lean Portfolio Management Consulting (SAFe) / Target Process POC Implementation.
The Client has fundamentally changed its IT organizational structure. Beginning 2021 the entire IT department (approx. global 1500 staff) has converted from a previous functional organization into a product-oriented model. 12 business-oriented products deliver RUN as well as CHANGE services (DevOps) through a SAFe-based agile organization.
The transformation also includes the previous waterfall-based Central Program Office into a value-driven Lean Portfolio Office. In order to properly steer and control the portfolio, not only new processes are being implemented, but also new tools to support these are required.
The Client is seeking for consulting on how to best implement a Proof of Concept (POC) on "Target Process" - a tool for Lean Portfolio Management.
The tool shall cover the principle Porltfolio processes:
- Product Portfolio Roadmap
- Lean Business Case Process
- Portfolio Kanban
- Value Chain analysis
- OKR-based reporting and steering
The service provider shall provide consultancy services to help build the POC on a conceptional and technical level including recommendation on best practices on how to implement above processes into Target Process.
Eventually the tool and processes shall be integrated into the Jira Platform.
Anforderungen:
- Proven Agile experience on both executional and portfolio level
- SAFe expertise
- Target Process KnowHow
- Architectural/Conceptual skillset
