Bitte beachten Sie, dass für den Kunden nur diejenigen Kandidaten in Frage kommen, die sich in einem festen Anstellungsverhältnis befinden, zum Beispiel eine GmbH mit mind. 2 Mitarbeiter.

DevOps Third Level Support Engineer (m/f/d)
Description:
- Take responsibility for the operations of the platform and support our customers globally
- Resolve incidents and change requests
- Document Solutions and support our customers in using the platform
- Ensure the SLAs related to incident resolution and change request implementation time
- Ensure the smooth operation of our environment
- Look for opportunities to improve performance, reliability and automation
Required Skills:
- University Degree computer science or an similar area
- Technical knowledge and broad understanding of one or more of the following topics:
- Linux incl. Scripting (Bash, Python)
- Cloud Infrastructure / Container Orchestration (Kubernetes, Nomad)
- Infrastructure as code / Deployment and configuration automation
- Software engineering / Continuous integration, deployment and delivery
Databases (e.g. PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, Neo4J)
- Distributed systems (e.g. Spark)
- Event Based systems (e.g. Kafka)
- Data Science Tooling (e.g. Jupyter, R-Studio, Zeppelin)
- Experience with common agile working tools (e.g. Jira, Slack, Confluence, Git)
- DevOps mindset (you build it, you run it; taking responsibility for your work)
- Team player open to work in an agile environment
- Fluent English (written and spoken) is a must, other languages (e.g. German, French, Italian, etc.) are a plus
