The ClientThe client is a startup in seed stage operating building a breakthrough innovative solution decentralized finance space. They have just raised a seed investment round from the most reknown people in the de-fi industry and are now starting to extend their PoC towards an MVP to go to market.
The Project
They have come up with an idea that is redefining the way we into securities in the future making it much more flexible and efficient. They have won the ETH Hackathon with Compound Exchange naming it the “Best improvement to the Compound Protocol” at ETH Online. They have a prioritized backlog and want to get started with building a team to execute it. The initial engagement would be 2-3 months, but if they like the collaboration this would turn into a contract of 12+months.
The Team
They are working fully remote with the 3 founder based in Sidney, Berlin and San Francisco. You would be working directly with the CTO, who is based in San Francisco and the CPO based in Berlin.
Requirements
High degree of independence and a product mindset to have the ability to work intuitively without many specifications.
You should be a native to the de-fi industry and know your way around latest trends and technologies inside out.
You are extremely passionate about de-fi and the opportunities it can bring in the future.
You can start before mid April.
You are mid-senior level in Solidity.
You are a smart engineer with high quality standards and exceptional problem-solving skills.
Approval Process
Beside the usual MVP Screening Process there would be a call with the client to get to know each other before the final decision.
Open to open end collaboration if the initial period goes well.
