For one of our clients we are looking for an SAP APO Solution Blueprint DesignerTask Description:
Client: One of the world’s largest network communications companies
Project background: Post-merger company-wide process and IT consolidation with the objective to align and consolidate the existing process and IT landscape in the area of supply chain management.
Project: The Demand Supply Planning (DSP) Optimization Project has the intention to review and optimize the current DSP processes from a business angle. Focus lies especially on Planning accuracy.
The existing IT landscape uses SAP ECC for material management and production planning. DSP focuses on SAP APO using DP and SNP. For data provision and reporting SAP BW is used. .
Main task:
Erstellung und Ausarbeitung eines Solution Blueprints für das DSP Optimization Projekt (Neugestaltung der SCM-Planungsprozesse aus Business-Sicht) als Basis für Ausschreibungsunterlagen
- Analyse von Prozessanforderungen und Vergleich neuer SCM Tools (insbesondere Icon und Steelwedge) und deren Integration in SAP APO
- Treiben der Konzeption der To-Be Prozesse
- Erstellen einer IT Roadmap mit SAP BW und SAP APO als Backbone
- Subject Matter Expert für SAP APO DP / SNP-Prozesse im DSP Optimization Workstream
- Funktionaler Inputgeber für Pilot-Prototyp
