CRM Campaign Manager - Remote - Berlin
We are currently looking for an experienced CRM Campaign Manager with hands-on e-Mail Marketing solutions overall to join our Darwin team delivering key specific solutions to our Digital Clients. This is a temporary role to start in March ideally and will focus on Customer Journey Optimisation through cross-channel cooperation between the CRM, UX, Tech, Product & B2C Sales teams.
Your role will focus on helping identify relevant user segments and address customers in a targeted manner through e-Mail Campaigns in particular and will involve things like:
- Analysis of Customer Behaviour, Interpret Reports, Ad-Hoc Analysis
- Translate Conceptual Strategy into Detailed Projects and Actions
- Extensive A/B testing
- Identify Key User Segments to Address Customers in a Focused Manner
- Develop e-Mail Campaigns using ADOBE Marketing Cloud
Communication is therefore key in this role. Fluent English is essential as well as German to a high intermediate level. Initially fully remote with a view to engage on-site from time to time at some point in the Autumn if it's safe and feasable to do so.
