The individual should have a CPG or an FMCG industry background and needs to have excellent TPM and CRM knowledge.They should be Senior Consultant grade or above.
They need to have previous project implementation experience of Trade Promotions Management (TPM) and/or Consumer Promotions Marketing and good ECC SD and pricing skills.
Key areas of understanding are Customer & Product Master Data, Pricing discounts and Rebate agreements. A clear overview of middleware is also advisable. Ideally they should have a good understanding of CRM WebUI.
A proven track record of implementing CRM projects is very important with full project lifecycle experience.
