We are searching for an IT Admin/Support engineer to join their team.The Job
•Support for all internal applications as well as user systems, especially monitoring and ticket systems, databases, etc.
•Ticket processing: Initiation of first analyzes and implementation of simple and standardized solution measures
•Documentation of support processes, solution documentation in the internal knowledge database
•Implementation of specialist tasks, such as installations in our data centers as well as smaller project tasks
•After successful onboarding, participation in the rolling on-call system
Projects you will work on
GPO review, documentation and consolidation
WSUS clean-up and documentation
Setup of vSphere Monitoring
DNS clean-up and expansion
Upgrade of all Linux servers to Current Stable
Linux Skills needed:
Debian Server setup, configuration and administration
Release migration of production environment (i.e. old stable -> stable)
Shell scripting (Bash/Sh)
Standard troubleshooting knowledge (read and understand system log files)
Specific application knowledge: ISC-DHCPD, Syslog, Squid, Bind, Postfix
Windows Skills needed:
Windows server 2016, 2019 configuration and administration
AD
GPO Management
WSUS
Exchange 2013
Windows 10 setup, configuration and administration
O365
Microsoft Outlook
You must be onsite for the first two weeks, after this there is potentially a mix of onsite and working from home.
